Lips is that attractive part of the human body which can easily attract everyone just like girls attract your attention from their variant lip colors. According to me smile is the second best
thing you can do with yours lips. Unfortunately, using wrong products can harm your lips by damaging its cell. Once the cells are damaged it will cause dark lips, tanned lips or it may cause some severe diseases. Lips can sometimes become infected this infection can be caused due to fungus or any bacteria. Sometimes due to viral fever also your lips can swell.

There are said to be many types of lips namely:
  • Full lips- evenly and naturally plump on both top and bottom side.
  • Heavy upper lips- more plum on top
  • Wide lips- these people have a wide smile where their teeth’s are visible whenever they smile.
  • Heavy lower lips- naturally plumped on lower side of lips and less plum on upper lip.
  • Thin lips- as the name indicates both the sides of the lip are naturally thin.
  • Heart shaped lips- whenever people with this kind of lips smile a heart is formed.


One should always keep their lips hydrated as it helps to

maintain its color. Some people have bright pink lips some
have natural red and some have dark lips. Lips play a very
important role in showing your health. Sometimes people
with dark lips show that their lips have excess production of
melanin which causes hyper pigmentation. One can even
have blue lips, white lips or some other color lips due to
some disease which is temporary and can be cured with
medical help.
You can always treat your lips to make them lighter but you
must avoid these habits

  • Avoid smoking
  • Excessive exposure to sun
  • Lack of hydration
  • Stop taking high caffeine 
  • Never suck your lips as it also changes the shape of your lips
  • Anemia
  • Vitamin deficiency



Here are some natural remedies which you can use as a
natural lip remedy-


  • Apply beetroot.
  • Have an almond oil lip massage.
  • Apply potato juice.
  • Scrub your lips with sugar and lemon.
